The studies are in and there are no surprises: preparing and eating worthy food is essential to our health. And it's not hard. Home cooked healthy food doesn't have to be complicated or clever - just good and good for you. Yet many of us find it challenging - we're intimidated by the media, the masterchefs and marthas. But humans - we've been feeding ourselves forever -- FOREVER. We can do this. Our grandparents didn't have thousands of ingredients and recipes readily available - and yet, they were able to prepare healthy food. Laura Ingalls' Ma and Pa didn't make the dinner look like a sailboat or set the vegetables on the plate in a smiley face shape!
We can do this!! So - here I will share the information, recipes and ideas that inspire me to prepare worthy food. I'll screw up the courage to start this site and you screw up the courage to decide to try preparing worthy food. For yourself. For ones you love. Let's accomplish something.
