Here's a few tasty ways to serve cabbage:
Mix some lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and a pinch of sea salt. Pour over grated cabbage and beetroot.
Heat some olive or sesame oil in a wok and add grated cabbage - sauté.
Slice 3 chicken breasts into thin strips.
Heat a splash of peanut oil in a wok, add chicken and stirfry until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes and 1 1/2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger to the wok. Add grated red and green cabbages and carrots. Stir fry - until softened but retaining some crunch. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon rice wine vinegar - mix through. Return chicken to wok, heating through. Serve with some rice.
